Ethics of care can be considered a component of organizational wellbeing.
This idea was the main one I substantiated in my presentation „Ethics of care and caring organization: from moral philosophy to organizational studies” during the international workshop organized in the Technical University of Sofia “Intangibles, Human Capital and Work Well-being (ICWWB) in Times of Changing Technological, Social and Economic Environment” (13-15 September 2021, Sozopol).
I was convinced that – once again – the concepts of moral philosophy can and should be revealed in appropriate specifics to an audience of engineers and economists.
